Both optimistic and realistic, Colette Pépin is Executive Director at the Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks/Centre des niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens in Ottawa. With a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Ottawa, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in adult second language instruction from Laval University, and certificates in Occupational Language Analysis development, conflict management, FEMA crisis management, and Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma, Colette has transitioned from education delivery to education management throughout her career. A globally minded citizen, Colette strives to empower through education and language so individuals can achieve their full potential.
